All rental terms and pricing are finalized directly between the client and the rental company and documented in signed contracts. The website shares information provided by authorized company representatives or from publicly available UAE sources.

Our role is to assist in pre-selecting cars and connecting clients to companies. We do not bear legal responsibility for execution of rental terms or hidden damages. Legal liability arises only after the rental agreement is signed.
We may help mediate disputes within our competence.
Payments & Booking Terms We do not accept any rental payments directly on our website. Payments are made exclusively between the client and either the partner or our own company, based on the selected vehicle.
We may request a deposit (up to 20%) to hold the vehicle, paid via bank or crypto. If the car is not provided due to our or our partner’s failure, the deposit is refunded fully.
Cancellations:
- Free cancellation up to 3 days before the rental date.
- If canceled later, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Force majeure cases are handled individually.
Any information collected through the website or social channels may be shared with third parties without claims.
Intellectual Property All materials on the website (logos, text, images, etc.) are protected by copyright and belong to Rentride.pro or their respective owners.
